Cancellation Policy
Updated July 16th 2025
* A 30% deposit is required for every appointment booking, and this deposit will be applied towards the total cost of the appointment.
* Cancellations made under 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee. If you move your appointment to another day without at least 48 hours notice , it will count as a cancellation. Certain emergency reasons may be considered and is up to the service provider.
* If you have a pattern of cancellations or moving of appointments, your deposit will be held regardless of the 48 hour guideline. Keep in mind, if you cancel your appointment and it cannot be filled I lose money.
* Exceptions to the cancellation policy include the following:
a. Death in the family: If you experience a bereavement in your family, you may cancel without incurring any fees.
b. Weather emergencies: In cases of severe weather conditions that make it unsafe or impossible to attend your appointment, you may cancel without any penalties. Your deposit will be refunded.
c. Case by case situations as discussed with the service provider.
* A late fee of $5 will be applied if you are 5+ minutes late to your appointment. If you are so late that I cannot take you at all due to me having another client, you will pay 100% of your service and will need to reschedule.
* In the event that I, the service provider, have to cancel your appointment due to an emergency on my end, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
* No-shows, where you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, will result in a 100% fee. This means you forfeit your entire deposit. Also, you may not be welcomed back.
* If you are sick and you come to your appt anyway because you didn’t want to cancel and incur the cancellation fee, you will be sent home, still pay the cancellation fee, and will not be welcomed back. Please think twice before purposely infecting me or my other clients.
